  This business has great food, friendly staff and clean location. It was my Birthday today and I decided to eat Mr. Sub because they offer a free 6 inch sub on your Birthday. We planned to order 2 foot long subs and I'd have the 6 inch free Bday sub for lunch tomorrow. The lady behind the counter said that my card was not registered on her system. I had the google wallet card loaded on my cell phone. I went home to retrieve the plastic physical card and returned 15 minutes later and was told the card was not registered even though all info was correct in my profile page online the Mr. Sub website. My wife then said that we can prove with my Drivers Licence that it is my birthday and how can we get our free sub, purchase the 2 other subs and rectify this mess. She said sorry we are just a franchise location and she can't do anything about the website or honor the free sub. Needless to say I was shocked that this was what they expect customers to deal with when trying to redeem rewards and promotions in exchange for being loyal, frequent customers. We join rewards programs and they sell our data that is farmed from doing so. They have our address, phone numbers, purchase history and in some cases our debit and credit card info. All we ask in return is to stand by what they offer in return!!! Deeply disappointed with how they handled this situation. DID NOT PURCHASE DINNER THIS EVENING AT ALL IN PROTEST. Ask them if they reached out to us to make this right. Lets see if they have the courtesy and courage to post these comments publicly, I have been fair and polite and have not disparaged them in any way. This franchise location needs a policy in place to honor their rewards programs and their loyal customers. I also have a receipt from a competing sub shop in my area where I purchased 2 foot long subs after I left this location with a bad taste in my mouth.

  Ordered a 12 inch sea food sub. Only 2 scoops of sea food . Supposed to be 4 scoops according to Mr Sub franchises.
