  I walked in and asked to use the washroom as I generally do before I sit down to eat. The person behind the counter told me I would have to buy something before I used the washroom, so I ordered two burgers. I don't mind paying for the service, but to keep your clients waiting when they have to go to the washroom is poor service. Ironically the reason I needed to stop was because I had just finished a coffee from a Red Deer McDonald's. I regularly drive from Edmonton to Calgary and back and this calls into question whether I will be able to use McDonald's washrooms without having food first. I have redirected my stops and now go to A & W. They have better coffee and clean washrooms and wonderful teen burgers that are a lot healthier option than anything McDonald's has. And Tim Horton's is another good choice. Oh yeah. I meant to tell you that I left the burgers on the counter. I'm not going to eat something that has been sitting there. Put a credit card machine on your bathroom door if you want to charge someone to use it.

  Had my order missed up 2x in a roll her the till lady barely could speak English and kepts missing my orders up

  Left my card and they won’t go and look for it as I’m 30 minutes away from the store and the manager won’t check for my card terrible customer service

  Sketchy area, lots of homeless inside and so much drama and chaos inside. Staff was really nice to warn me to keep my belongings close or they'll take it and run, worse part the rubbers works in packs.
