  I’m sharing this experience because I had an unfortunate situation that led to a waste of my money and food. I specifically requested a chicken muffin without the bun since I’m unable to eat bread, but I was still served it with a bun. When I mentioned this to the staff, I was told that I had ordered it incorrectly, and the response was not very courteous. I work hard for my money, and it’s really disappointing to have to throw away food due to a misunderstanding and poor service. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I hope better care and communication can be taken in the future. The order taker’s name was Ana.

  Walked 10 min to the closest McDonald's to find out they decided to close 15 min early. Management here is terrible.

  Would be nice to get at least one order correct. Been there 3 times now, and they always miss my burger. I caught it before i left this time...should have checked the fries as they shorted the order by a medium fry. And they werent even busy!!!
