I specifically requested a chicken muffin without the bun since I’m unable to eat bread, but I was still served it with a bun. When I mentioned this to the staff, I was told that I had ordered it incorrectly, and the response was not very courteous. I work hard for my money, and it’s really disappointing to have to throw away food due to a misunderstanding and poor service. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I hope better care and communication can be taken in the future. The order taker’s name was Ana.
