I know it’s fast food, but that doesn’t mean basic care and pride in the work should disappear. I visited today just before 12:30 and ordered a spicy Big Crunch combo. The drive-thru employee confirmed “Big Crunch combo,” and I clarified “yes, but spicy please.” There was no confirmation repeated back, just a rushed “is that all?” that felt more like annoyance than service.
I gave the benefit of the doubt — it’s lunchtime and close to the holidays — but when I drove away, I was given a regular combo. I turned around to go inside for spicy mayo, only to find maybe three customers in the restaurant. It wasn’t busy at all.
Back in my car, I opened the sandwich to add the sauce and found very little lettuce, and what was there was brown, old, and clearly spoiled. At that point, I didn’t even bother eating it or going back in for a remake. The staff didn’t seem interested in greeting or helping customers, and it honestly didn’t feel worth asking for a refund.
Do better or find a different industry. I’ve worked in food service for 24 years. There’s no justification to treat customers like burdens, be sloppy and careless with the product you serve or to serve spoiled food to the public.

The food was cold and dry, the order was missing items, wrong items were substituted and when we called the restaurant to inform them, the manager was not helpful at all and refused to correct the order. This is the 3rd time they have gotten our order wrong, but the first time it’s been cold, dry and hard as a rock. Very disappointed and unimpressed.

Very disappointed with my recent experience at this KFC location. Not only were items missing from my order, but I had to drive back twice just to get what I paid for — and even then, the order still wasn’t complete. It’s really frustrating when you expect a quick meal and end up wasting time, gas, and patience. Staff didn’t seem attentive, and there was no apology or effort to fix the mistake properly.

The food was soggy and gross. Slimey chicken skin, I threw it all out. The ladies washroom was disgusting, that's another reason I didn't want to eat from there.
