  Worst place to order food . Wait 10 min for old food and yet get yelled by the manager (Philippino lady) just a simple request to cancel the order because it taste bad. Cashier was a nice lady . She understood the problem was ready to help . But the manger ( Philippino lady) is extremely a rude lady . My bad I didn’t see the review at first otherwise I would never ever stopped at that loaction . Mcdonland should take a look at that location . I just said i want refund nothing else no yelling no bad words waited 10 min for bad food and still I didn’t said any bad word politely ask for refund and still in return on your mistake you have guts to yells at me? Respect your costumer reviews instead of getting mad at them . If you have angry issue or you can’t handle a complaint stay home don't work in coustmer service.

  All I asked for twice was salt and ketchup no ketchup and three pacs of pepper . Everytime I go thru drive thru and ask if I got what I asked for yup its in the bag . No its not everytime . Must be so hard to listen and execute orders . We should have a pride day for overpaid drive thru employees who lie to your face .

  "The ice cream machine is broken" 7 times a week. What do you mean im not allowed to have a milkshake in the morning????? They made me miss out on my one and only shamrockshake opportunity and i am very upset by this, now that its gone. 😒

  This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too, everytime without fail they forget something or give me the wrong thing. This has happened every single time I have went. Of course at first I thought maybe it’s just accidental— but everytime? It’s ridiculous and something needs to change or get fixed because there’s absolutely no reason as to why this is happening. I get it, mistakes happen but the fact this has so frequent is astonishing

  The Big Hype on the Star stick meals to get these mini hockey stick of these NHL players is by far the biggest joke. In Edmonton and ordered 3 star stick meals and got 3 random players awesome 👌Try again and this time ordered 5 star stick meals and got 5 Auston Mattews. In the back behind the counter they have the boxes of each player and they claim that it is random picks, so this way people can't choose the players. So this Lacombe McDonald's decided to pick 5 sticks from 1 box and got 5 of the same player which is the biggest joke of the star stick promotion. To anyone the buys the Star stick meals I would boycott of purchasing Star stick meals from this Location in Lacombe. I even brought back 4 out of 5 sticks of Auston Mattews to exchange for another 4 random picks and the manager Denied my claim and didn't correct the situation or grab another one to prove that the next one would be Auston Mattews. Boycott star stick meals
