Bad customer service specially everytime when i meet Justine at the checkout. Today, he was singing while scanning groceries, no response to hi, no greetings at all and its everytime. He does greet the guy infront of me who was white, and a women who was in the line after me. Please, teach employees to respect everyone regardless of skin color or ethnicity.

Went in to this place hoping to use the washroom and get a snack. They usually have a really good deli, i've actually stopped plenty of times in the past.
I asked to use the washroom this time coming through. And was told that I had to go across the street, due to the fact that I didn't have a pup of washroom? Not arguing thinking maybe there was an issue. I went across the street to use the washroom before I went back to grab my lunch. Just to be told that the washroom is out of order, that i had to use the grocery stores.... i don't understand what the issue is. I've never ran into this the smugness displayed or the complete disregard, wong story short, I decided that I uh you wouldn't be purchasing once like I have many times coming through Before. I hope
Pick the future of other people feel the welcoming that I've had in the past. And right, this isn't gonna be a continued practice. It's quite concerning.

Fantastic local grocery store! The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything you need. The shelves are consistently well-stocked, making it easy to find all the essentials and often more. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the store organized and convenient for shoppers.
Overall, a very good grocery store with great service and a pleasant shopping experience. Highly recommended!
Nester's is definitely one of the go-to supermarkets in the small town of Jasper. We stopped by during an evening walk and easily found everything we needed to make a simple breakfast of eggs and bacon, plus a tasty dinner featuring ramen, fresh veggies, and fish. While the prices might be a tiny bit higher than what you'd find in bigger cities like Banff or Calgary, considering how remote Jasper is and how wide their selection of fresh goods is, we couldn't have been happier! It was a total lifesaver.
