  Stopped here during a road-trip and was greeted with some of the worst service i’ve experienced from fast food in a while. We placed our order on the self-order kiosks, which upon completion told us had failed and wouldn’t print an order receipt. The wait for the food wasn’t horrible, but was still much longer then you’d except for such a well-staffed location. When I received my food, I discovered that my quarter pounder that I had added mayo too actually had a disgusting amount of tartar sauce on it instead. They were nice enough about replacing my burger for what I had ordered, but my correct burger was still beyond disappointing. Unfortunately, the burger patty itself was dried out, and had the texture of a car tire. The bun was also very dry, and my slice of cheese was placed half way off the sandwich itself. I honestly wish that I had accepted defeat with my first burger and just gone elsewhere. The most disappointing part of the entire experience was how clear it was that many of the staff are undertrained and confused, having to ask what seemed like constant questions to other employees.

  McDonalds Head Office and Cooperate. Please ask the staff at Innisfail Alberta location to STOP parking their vehicles in the front of the restaurant. These spots are for the customers and especially the Seniors of this community!

  worst mcdonald’s ever, order is always wrong, things are forgotten, service sucks. i actually thought mcdonald’s food quality had gone down but nope its honestly just this place that somehow makes everything taste wrong & bad. pass.
