At other Subway locations, I normally pay around $10, but here I was charged $13, and I don’t understand why there’s such a big difference. Another disappointment was that my wasn’t toasted on the grill. The staff told me they don’t have it anymore, so my meal ended up half warm (because the meat was heated separately) and half cold (since the flatbread was taken straight from the fridge). Overall, I left unsatisfied and hope the quality and consistency can be improved.

My kid can't have any gluten, so obviously a place like subway is a risk, but we were floored by how seriously they took the allergy and how very careful and thorough they were with the precautions. We've never seen anything like it. Thank you so much.
