  Dear McDonald’s Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally complain about the poor customer service I experienced during a recent visit to one of your McDonald’s locations. My order was initially placed as drive-thru pickup; however, I requested to pick it up inside the restaurant instead. Despite this being a simple request, the staff made it unnecessarily difficult for me to receive my order solely because it had originally been marked as drive-thru pickup. The situation could have been handled easily and professionally, yet the staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful throughout the interaction. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and left me very disappointed with the level of service provided. I expect better customer service from McDonald’s and hope this matter will be addressed to prevent similar experiences in the future. Thank you for your time and attention.

  got all my order details wrong, the place itself is disappointing and disgusting. Employee’s were not only rude to me but the customers before and after me!

  Unless you want to get the wrong food and rude service don’t go here! There was no resolution to the problem. Just blamed the customer for their screwup! Went there for a quick bit to eat on our way to jasper. Order 2 meals and 2 burgers. Took them 10 minutes to get us through the drive through only for them to not give us the receipts and for them to give us the wrong food. So we went in to try and get the correct food. Their answer was ‘well it was punched in as a Cheeseburger not a Bacon Double Cheeseburger and because you are holding it we can’t take it back.’

  I was just literally at the drive thru window trying to redeem my points for a coffee being I have over 12.000 points and was told I couldn't redeem my points so I asked to talk to a manager also was told none were available whats the point in having a points card to redeem points especially when I drove half hour I also called and Noone answered be nice if a manager contacted me if this is the case I think ill definitely go else where

  This location of McDonalds is horrible. I am a huge McDonalds fan, and will take anything from there. So it speaks a lot for me to be leaving this kind of review. Their service quality was disappointing; the workers could hardly speak English and were miserable with their lives. The food is slapped together: 0 salt on the fries any time I went, and they didn’t even try to blend the mcflurry.
