  I’ve come here multiple times and got a double Big Mac with extra Big Mac sauce… and nuggets. Every time I’ve left with no nuggets and no extra sauce. Today the girl at the window put no sauce. Even though I said extra sauce… they took the burger apart and threw sauce on it. I went back in because they didn’t give me my nuggets and stood at the desk for a good bit before anyone helped. I’d rather drive to okotoks than go here again….

  Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 big mac meals and a quarter pounder meal with nuggets. The person taking the order didnt let us finish our order so we had to interrupt her. Got the food fast but we realised we were missing fries and the nuggets, yet had the sauce. Went back in twice and finally got our food. While eating here different times, ive noticed the food is usually cold. As someone who works at mcdonalds im very disappointed with this place. Forgetting the fries is one thing but the nuggets as well yet i got the sauce? Do better guys. I would leave a negative star if possible. If you are in high river i wouldnt even think about stopping here. Seeing other peoples reviews make me realize this mcdonalds has ALWAYS had these terrible reviews with plastic in their food, everybody complaing about how they are missing food and the food is cold. Terrible place ill be going other places after this. It is just crazy to me how you can be that bad at the easiest job. Again like i said do better and dont waste your money here and ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD.

  I’m honestly getting fed up with this McDonald’s location, especially the night shift. Almost every time I come late at night, I’m told “the system is down.” The excuse changes constantly depending on who’s working, which makes it pretty clear this isn’t an actual system issue — it’s just an excuse to not serve customers. For a place that’s advertised as 24 hours, this is completely unacceptable. If you’re going to claim you’re open all night, then you should actually be open and operating. Right now, it feels like they just decide not to serve people because it’s slower at night. As someone who understands business and franchise operations, this screams poor management. There’s clearly a lack of accountability, and it really seems like ownership just shuts things down early to save costs instead of running the business properly. What makes it even worse is that Tim Hortons right across the street has no problem staying open 24/7 and actually serving customers. So it’s not a “late night” issue — it’s specifically this McDonald’s. McDonald’s corporate seriously needs to look into this location. It’s damaging the brand and misleading customers. Do better.
