The employee cuts my sandwich, then does this thing where she puts the cheese on the side facing away from me. Now, I’m not trying to be difficult, but I’ve been to Subway before, and usually you can see what’s going on with your sandwich. When I politely asked if that was the standard amount of cheese, she got pretty defensive and insisted it was “two scoops.” Look, I wasn’t born yesterday. That was definitely not two scoops, and the whole reason she put it on the hidden side was pretty obvious. When I mentioned this didn’t look right, her attitude shifted to somewhere between annoyed and “how dare you question my cheese distribution skills.” I didn’t want to make a scene, so I just let it go. But honestly, customer service shouldn’t feel like you’re negotiating a hostage situation. Their AC was also not working, It was sweltering in there, which I get - equipment breaks down. But combined with everything else, it made for a pretty uncomfortable experience. And yeah, the restrooms were a mess too, which just felt like the cherry on top of an already disappointing visit. I’m not asking for miracles here, just basic service and maybe enough cheese to actually taste it. Apparently, that’s too much to ask at this location. Won’t be back ever at this location!

The lady was so exhausted she wasn't in the mood to take orders.while ordering I feel like I am bothering her. She was annoyed when I ask for some more onions as if I m getting it for free. Really pathetic service. Need to bring professionalism in their service. Parking and washrooms facility is available.
