- SSSarahMar 30, 20261.0March 28, 2026: ~9:30pm: I discovered i had a $50 subway gift card the other day so decided to treat myself to door dashed subway. No issues with doordash or the driver however my sandwhich was made incorrectly. Simple mistakes but my bread wasn’t toasted, and there was no cheese despite asking for extra (and paying that surcharge). No big deal, reach out to customer service and am told my sandwhich was made correctly? Obviously it wasn’t or i wouldn’t have wasted my time to complain. Mistakes happen but the lack of ownership, and taking zero actions to apologize or rectify the situation was astonishing. Probably the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. If i go to subway again, I will go to one under different management. Do not recommend.
