  Got followed by someone sketchier than what I looked like as soon as I entered the store. I know I wasn’t dressed to impress as I was wearing a sweater and sweatpants but I’ve been to this location often and have never given them reason to be think I was stealing or doing anything else nefarious. The man following me was not in uniform and was creepily stalking me down the aisles while I shopped. It wasn’t subtle nor was it appreciated and it made me very uncomfortable. I’m disappointed because they do have a great selection of deli products and some brands you can’t get elsewhere however I don’t think it’s worth it if you’re being tailed the whole time. Super off putting experience.

  0/10 Experience from start to finish. Incredible lack of customer engagement just immediately stalked like a criminal by a guy staring at you creepily and if I wasn't aware of what was actually happening I would assume he was just a predator and when brought up to what I assume was a supervisor It was just brushed off. There needs to be an overhaul of your training on customer service. Worst location I've been to.

  The promotion price is for card members only, Staff did not provide assistance to register a card, and no manager was available to help. Many grocery items are more expensive than at other stores, so shoppers should check prices carefully. Despite the name, Save-On-Foods doesn’t always save on food.

  I’ve been coming to this location for years, i live and work very closely in the area. I use their pharmacy regularly and the pharmacy staff are FABULOUS, above and beyond! Love them. But the floor staff are another story. On more than one occasion i have been relentlessly and obviously followed by a not in uniform staff member, I’m assuming loss prevention. I have never once given a reason for them to target me as i have been a loyal customer for years, as previously stated. It makes me feel very unwelcome and I’m considering reluctantly moving my prescription so i no longer have to interact with this location. I noticed another review stating this same thing and honestly I’m so upset with how I’ve been treated that i thought i should leave a review too.

  staff is getting ridiculous. on more than one occasion now, i've noticed myself being followed by either a uniformed employee or what i can only assume is a mystery shopper working with them, and i've noticed them following other people as well and friends and family have talked about thinking they are being followed before. i cannot for the life of me understand why they're targeting me or the other people they are doing this to. i used to shop here because some of the deals were better than other stores in town, but i'd genuinely rather travel further and pay more than deal with the horrible customer service. it never used to be like this. i'm not sure whats going on with the staff and management, but at least get more subtle about when you think someone is "sketchy". i have never stolen a day in my life and i dont see why i'd be profiled as someone who would.
