  I know this will fall on def ears but I will say it anyway! What a terrible experience at this location. Order was placed online so instructions were clear on the order, asked for double mushrooms just to drive clear across town to find out my pizza has zero mushrooms on it and a excess amount of salt! And to put the icing on the cake I was forced to use my credit card because they didn't understand enough English to decipher the difference between credit and debit. After telling the accociate several times it was debit and my transaction failing every time because they had it set to credit I finally gave up and used my credit card. I also work in the service industry and know how business works. In my position I understand that there are several locations other than mine the customer can acquire the product I am selling and that customer service is key to see business thrive! I am fully expecting a canned response on this as they will not have enough time in their day to hear out a concerned paying customer... Too bad corporate will not see this and understand that this is a loss of business and revenue. Maybe some changes should be made to continue to see their business thrive! It's truly sad to see customer service fall to the wayside they way that it has.

  Me and my friend ordered from here and they brought the pizza 2 hours late! we had called the restaurant and the lady there said that they were waiting for the driver. After calling the store multiple times we asked the employee to ask their driver how long it was going to take and she just kept saying 10-15 minutes. When the pizza finally arrived at like 11:00pm it was the wrong pizza! Called the store again! The drive came back and took the other pizza back to give to the right person after we had already opened it. We didn’t even use a third party delivery service we did this all through papa johns. The man delivering the pizza also kept ringing the doorbell when it’s 11pm! He did not even knock!

  Horrible experience. I have never had an issue ordering from here but will never be ordering from here again. Last night I ordered for delivery (one large pizza), and it took over 2 hours to arrive. After the driver gave me someone else’s pizza, Which was also cold and stale at that point. I called for the 6th time and conversated with a lady at the front desk, she told me to give that pizza back and the delivery driver would come back and give me the correct pizza. After me and my have friend tampered with it, had our hands all over it (expecting to be able to keep that one aswell) And was preparing to eat that one because we were so hungry, she still asked for it back to give to the correct person. That is so disgusting and unsanitary. It was 9:03pm when my pizza was supposedly out for delivery and didn’t receive my correct pizza until 11:50pm. I never leave bad reviews like this but this was unbelievable.

  I went this place so many time I felt over the moon because they provide me service which is up to mark and their pizza like mouth watering for me I really come back

  After placing a skip order, waiting over an hour. Called the store, was told they were waiting for a driver. The driver then texts and says they are at the store waiting for the pizza as it isn't ready yet. Called the store AGAIN and was told it is ready. Tell the driver, the driver says he is inside waiting for it and he was told 10-15 more minutes. It has now be 2 hours and still no pizza. I will never order here again. Through skip or directly.
