  I understand - it’s busy. Waited in a lineup indoors for my order. Quarter pounder was put in a Big Mac box - so first I watched it be switched into the correct box after sitting for 2 or 3 minutes. The crew manager noticed it should be no onions - so took it to the back, scraped off the onions and put it back in the box. Needless, when given to me - I made them remake it. Have been to this one prior with no issues. Will be not be returning here.

  Every morning is a fresh batch of muffins, between 3:30 and 3:45 a.m. and they are literally warm and consistently soft everyday. Forget Tim Hortons this is the one place where you want to grab a morning coffee and a muffin for $3 and change. Staff are very pleasant and this place is by and large the best place in my experience to get a morning coffee and a consistent manner that is pleasant. 6/6

  Untrained staff, with poor Customer service and communication skills. I spent almost an hour on new year's stuck in their drive thru because they refused to notify customers of some kind of computer system error. At the very least they could have put a sign up to let customers know. We quickly were trapped as other cars pulled up and blocked us, and the cars ahead of us just kept waiting and yelling at the voice box with no response... Despite there were 4+ staff members there just standing around talking to each other.

  Bad service the guy said have a good day instead of enjoy ur food and food half cold and literally no hospitality and extremely slow service compared how many employees were working in the kitchen
