  Unfortunately this visit wasn't as pleasant as previous experiences. The male staff member that was on shift this afternoon was very rude to me while serving me. He did not welcome me or greet me when I arrived at this location when he came over to me to take my order he did not ask in a very nice tone for what I would like to order and when he did ask me he said "what do you want" in a rude tone. When making the subs he missed veggies that I asked for and when I asked again for him to add things he snapped at me and said he would put them on. He also covered my sub in so much mustard that when i went to bite into it it tasted primarily like mustard as there was so much on it. The wrapping was covered in mustard and mayo from the amount he put on the sub it was terrible. We ended up throwing the second sub out as it was pretty much the same story. I think management should maybe chat with this individual about interacting with customers and maybe some further training as this will be the last time I will come to this location after today's interaction. He was transfered to another location before and it got better at this location after he was transferred out.

  Absolutely terrible experience. A $13.5 order was accidentally placed through the Subway app to a location in Grande Prairie while I’m in Calgary (700 km away). I called immediately to cancel and was told they “can’t cancel” and that I needed to contact a call centre, which doesn’t even exist. The app also offers no way to cancel. I’ve had similar situations with McDonald’s and Burger King. McDonald’s app does not even allow the order to go through if you’re too far from the location. Burger King fixed it in one minute by coordinating with the other store. Subway did nothing. After multiple calls, I was told the owner refused to refund $13.50. For a global chain to have such a broken app and management this unwilling to fix a simple mistake is embarrassing. Never again.

  I had best experience here. The staff is very friendly and they gave me a warm welcome. The food was really good. Would like to come here again, everyone working here made my day..🌺
