    I used to be a regular at New York Fries, but now I will probably not be going here anymore. For the past few months, I've been having issues with the gravy. Either you guys have changed your gravy recipe or you keep overcooking the gravy. It tastes like moldy burnt cabbage and it makes the poutine inedible for me. The staff here however are very polite. There's nothing wrong with how they make it. It's just the gravy.

    I came in just a couple minutes before closing and Alex was super nice! Even though it was late, he didn’t get upset at all—he greeted me with a smile and helped me with everything I wanted. I was really hungry, and he went out of his way to make sure I had a great experience. Amazing customer service—great job, Alex!
