I’m not sure if she’s the owner, but the way she acted, you’d think she was. 😆 It was our first time eating at Harvey’s, and we honestly didn’t know what to order. She handed us a menu paper with some promos, but the way she gave it and the attitude that came with it made it seem like we had just interrupted her nap. Her tone and expression made us feel stupid for not knowing the menu. At one point, I said the wrong order, and she told me it was $9.49 or something like that. I just said yes to everything she suggested because she made me feel so uncomfortable like she thought we were idiots. If she’s not the owner, she really needs to stop acting like she is. I honestly don’t know how to describe her nicely, because all I noticed was her rudeness. Maybe she was tired, but that’s not an excuse to make customers feel unwelcome or like they’re bothering you. If she’s a manager, she definitely needs a refresher on how to communicate and treat customers properly. And just to be clear, there wasn’t even a line when we arrived we were the only customers at that time. We weren’t holding anyone up; we were just trying to decide what to order. On the bright side, the other employee the one with braces was very nice! We even thanked her for being so polite and friendly. I also work in fast food, and no matter how tired I am, I would never treat my customers the way that woman did. Please owner make her understand her job. But the staff didn’t seem to be in a good mood and weren’t welcoming (except for one nice lady, we thanked her for being nice to us). Bad experience overall. Yikes! Food was good though.
