Worker was clearly new, barely spoke any English, had to clarify everything I asked for 2-3 times. Didn’t know how to wrap the sandwich, she completely crushed it with her hands attempting to wrap it, pieces of the sandwich were falling out of the wrapper. Even for a minimum wage job, you should know how to understand English, give proper servings and pass the sandwich over the counter without it falling apart. Manager or supervisor was in the back not paying attention to her new employee playing music or on the phone with her earbuds in. Extremely dissatisfied and don’t want to return
