I go to this subway location more than any other for nearly 7 years, and after today I do not think I will be returning.
I was getting my food when someone came in to claim a free 6" sub for the homeless. Don't know if they were homeless or not, the person did not look well off though, regardless. The employees asked for ID and when he said he did not have any they denied him, and told him he had to get "homeless ID" in order to claim the sub.
I do not know what a ID would prove or how anyone would expect a homeless person to get a normal ID yet alone this "Homeless ID" which to my knowledge is not a thing. Instead of providing answers on where they should go to get the needed ID they just sent the person on their way.
Why have a program and advertise it if you're not going to support it or honour it, or at the very lest provide the needed information on how to get qualified for it.
I am very disappointed in the advertising for this program that builds goodwill with the public, but does not seem to really support anything aside from profit margins.

if I could write 0 stars I would, I had a really disappointing experience at Subway today. The employee was rude and started raising their voice at me just because I was taking a minute to decide what I wanted. There was no line and the restaurant was empty, so there was no reason to rush or be disrespectful.
Customers should be treated with basic patience and courtesy. This kind of behavior makes the whole experience uncomfortable and is not what I expect when I go out to eat.
I won’t be coming back after this.

First time going to this location and i’m very disappointed.. It took way too long before someone finally came out to help me. The employee (the indian girl) seemed distracted and kept talking with her coworker instead of making the sub.She also looked kinda annoyed when I was ordering which made me feel uncomfortable
