We’re fortunate to be surrounded by such a great community. Recreation and leisure are a value here in Fort Saskatchewan, and our vibe at OJ’s complements that. We’re close to the DOW Centre, which as something for everyone! There’s an outdoor skating rink, events and much more. Work up an appetite at their fitness centre before joining us for a nice meal. Our location is also close to the Alberta Lottery Fund Art Gallery, which has monthly exhibits. Take your date to view some art and then visit us for our late night Happy Hour. I ordered and specifically selected "DELIVERY" however upon order confirmation I was instructed to pick up within 25 minutes to which I immediately called your location to cancel the order for pick up and was told the order could not be cancelled or refunded as the item was already made. I specified the second time that the order was placed a minute prior to which your employee then stated it was in the process of being made and that (at 12pm on a Saturday) there was no manager available to authorize cancellation or refund. Do better. I have been charged for this. I am not able nor did I select to pic this up. And will never order from you again.

I ordered an 8oz glass of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc, after tasting I noticed this was a stale, flat glass (those of you who drink a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc know that they are known for their ‘crisp’ flavor) this is a $13.5 glass of wine (in stores the bottle can be purchased for $17.95) I told our waitress & she happily returned the glass but the bartender refused to open a new fresh bottle & tried to tell me & the waitress that we were wrong & the wine was fine….. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
