Called to advise of our terrible experience, we feared an appetizer in replace of an $40 meal. So disappointed. Our $38.99 steak was served full of gristle. Waiting for another rare steak over half an hour, rest of meal was cold and all other family had finished eating! Terrible!!! Manager also is aware. Advised I’d call and resolve the issue but with the service I received a review is called for. As others mentioned it’s really gone down hill and service is out the door.

I had great service and food a few days ago when I came with my family and dined in. Waiter was great. Previously I did a pickup order because I live close and the food was not made well even before I brought it home. Ill have to go one more time to break the tie and see how it will be.
