  Was very excited to try this new location due to the anticipation. Overall was pretty disappointed in the experience. We’re getting close to winter and the A/C was more than full blast. Ordered at the standing kiosk and that stopped working when we had to pay. The wait was reasonable if the food was hot and fresh.. not our case unfortunately. Not very impressed with having to ask for my soda and ketchup at the counter as to it not being a fast service. There was one lady who checked in on us who was very sweet so that’s why I would give this a 2 star. From now on I’ll go to the other location where I can get my own ketchup.

  I understand this is a new location but I have had 0/3 good experiences at this location. I have had items missing from my order twice in the morning, but had no time to go back or I would have been late for work. Tonight I paid for my order using a gift card. I swiped it and was told have a good night. Upon arriving at the pick up window I was told there was a balance owing ( no problem at all! ) I said oh sorry can I pay here , the girl shut the window, a few kids gathered around to talk and she opened the window back and said sorry had to drive back around. I had to go all around & wait in another long line up. The girl said she would put some coupons in the bag for inconvenience but there was nothing in the bags. I’ll be driving the extra few minutes to go to the other McDonald’s in town moving forward & back to Tim’s across the street in the morning .

  Absolute trash. Been here twice now and I won’t return. Thought maybe the first time was just a bad day as I waited 15 minutes for my order (at 6:30 in the morning) and they got it all wrong. This morning I ordered, pulled up to the window and no one was there. I waited for 5 min before deciding to leave.

  Burgers were literally slapped together where the cheese wasn’t even in the patties. And burgers were just falling apart , fish burger was super old definitely taste like it was sitting there for hours. Then to top it off we get our food then have to stand there for more then 5 minutes just to get our pop. Wasn’t even going to bother writing anything but this absolute garbage experience swayed me to leave this review. You would think with opening a new location you would have better service

  Overall good experience. Tried the self-serve kiosk, the front counter, and the mobile table service. The Kiosk and front counter went well, and a minor hiccup with the mobile table service where they couldn't find the table and just called us over. Place is pretty clean and seems to be well-run considering how new it is. Time will tell. The male washrooms need a better urinal. The flush doesn't clean out the whole inside, it's going to get gross. Best to do that sooner than later. At the end of the day, it's a McDonald's and functional at that.
