Placed an online order to pickup in store. Waited 30 minutes just for them to tell me they didn't receive my order. Asked that I pay a second time because it didn't go through. Ended up getting charged twice anyway.
Im majorly dissapointed with this new mcdonalds. Its almost ironic that construction was able to build this in less than four months yet my food order takes an unreasonable amount of time to show up. Despite being called a fast food establishment its rather slow. To me its as if everyone is lost, which quite frankly they are. Im aware that this specific location is run by young adults and teens, though its a poor excuse for something so easly fixable. I blame the training courses, it shouldnt be that hard to have a formulaic way to approach busy hours of the day, yet im stuck waiting after being told to pull to the third window and asked if the wrong order is mind. When entering inside the actual store it takes a prolonged amount of time before I am approached by anyone. I feel as if this mcdonalds should reconsider its training courses for new hires and have an overall better way of tackling busy hours. I shouldnt have to wait over fifteen minutes for a smaller order while other people are being served before me.
New location. But they must of gathered the rudest people from across then city to work here
Everyone I have talked to there is rude as hell, usually while Iam complaining about my order being wrong.
Usually new places start good and go downhill slowly, this place stated as a dumpster fire.

I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt all 3 times I have come here. but this morning was the breaking point. went inside to order at 0530hrs. place my order by 0535. no one came with my food or even acknowledged I was inside. only after 17 minutes of waiting did someone come and ask what I was waiting for an I explained I ordered only 1 egg mcmuffin. meanwhile they are serving drive thru at high rate of speed and getting everyone there through. there was another customer that came in about 10 minutes after I did. His order ended up coming out before mine and he ordered more food…. made no sense. won’t be coming back anymore
Not the greatest first impression on a Saturday morning (~8:45AM). I completed a mobile order at home and decided to pick up inside as my child wanted to see the touchscreen games that friends had mentioned were there. We went inside to complete the mobile order and I noticed that there was no option for pick-up inside on the app. I had trouble getting a hold of a team member as they were all in the back as the restaurant was empty. The team member told me to enter a parking stall.
Upon receipt of our order, I checked it and noticed that 2 hashbrowns were missing in the bag, and that they had given us 2 small apple juices instead of the mediums that were ordered. The hashbrowns were added within a couple of minutes, but the apple juices took a number of minutes after that to arrive. Nevertheless we were on our way home, however, once I started checking the breakfast sandwiches, I noticed that they also forgot the hashbrown that's included in the sausage, bacon and egg breakfast wrap.
Overall the food was your typical McDonald's quality. The restaurant looked quite clean inside. The service was slower than expected, especially given that there was nobody in the restaurant itself and was solely busy due to the drive-thru. The interaction with employees was good overall. They rectified the items that were either missed or incorrect, and apologies were made. Even when I called to inform them of the issues with the item missed on the breakfast wrap, they offered to correct it upon my next visit.
I'm glad that I took the time to review the contents of our order before leaving. I worry about the current quality control at this restaurant based on this experience and would not order via any home delivery services from this location at this time because of this.
I'm hopeful that this team and location will tighten things up in the near future. I will update my review upon our next visit.
