My past few visits have been very disappointing. I went in a couple weeks ago and ordered a McChicken meal for take out, only to find after driving home that the McChicken patty was missing from the burger. Double checked the receipt and I definitely didn’t ask for a patty-less burger. I called the restaurant and explained what had happened, only for her to respond with attitude asking how long ago it was. I told her it was less than half an hour ago, and after a few snarky comments and arguing she said that they’d replace the meal the next time I come in, free of charge. I gave them my name and asked if there was anything I had to do to “redeem” my free meal when I came in, she said to just give them my name. Due to habit changes I haven’t been eating out as often, so this evening was the first opportunity I had to retrieve my free meal, as I was picking up food for someone. I walked in and ordered the first meal, which of course I would pay for, and explained the situation to the young lady working the till (She was very welcoming and was a pleasure to speak to). She then told me she would get her manager to resolve the issue. When the manager came out she seemed perplexed by the fact that they had promised me a free meal, I then gave her my name and order which she began “looking for” on her device. While continuously shaking her head and giving me side eye, she began saying she couldn’t find it then asked when the order was. I told her the date, to which she responded “well that was a while ago” even though I’ve had similar screw-ups happen at the other McDonald’s who resolved it and gave me my meal with no issue after over a month of the screw-up happening. Also, if there was a deadline to picking up the meal she would have said so when I asked. I simply couldn’t believe the amount of attitude that came from the manager while trying to figure out a solution. The customer service from the employees is typically sub-par but I was stunned by the disrespect I felt from the manager when I was simply there to collect a free meal I was promised. She then ended up saying only a manager can answer the phones - therefore she was the individual I talked to a couple weeks ago, yet she acted as if I hadn’t called in. After 15 minutes of going back and fourth and looking for my order on the device she finally found it and began processing my order. I double checked everything was in the bag and when I opened the McChicken box I visibly saw a patty on the burger, so I closed it back up and headed home to eat. After settling in and finally sitting down to eat, I am greeted with a McChicken slathered with habanero sauce. I did not ask for habanero nor is it on the receipt. At this point I give up and will be taking my business elsewhere the next time I feel like visiting a McDonald’s. I understand technology sucks and it may have taken a few minutes to bring up the order, but my complaint is about the attitude and disrespect coming from the manager, who of all people I’d expect to at least have some decent customer service skills.

The fries here are the worst I have ever had!! I went up and exchanged them because they were so dried out that we couldn’t eat them. When I got the replacement fries, they were just as bad!!

Me and my nephew are excited to see the toys but when we open the kids box nothing in there, so i need to ask the counter why, and they said run out of it. Hope to have enough stocks to accommodate kids. And i need to go back to counter again for a ketchup, I understand the waste and costing you guys are doing but at least while giving the order maybe just ask if they want ketchup or not 😊. The place is full of flies 🤔 just thinking maybe tables are not clean properly.
