  Ordered a poutine charged me for it and forgot it I said no tomato’s no sour cream on the taco I ordered and then they said no lettuce I had to correct them multiple times for multiple things on the order never order here unless you wanna deal with shitty service!!!

  Found a hair in my food near the end of the meal. When I brought it to staff, instead of apologizing or addressing it, I was told it must be from my beard and was accused of trying to get free food. I wasn’t asking for anything beyond acknowledgment—just a disappointing and unprofessional response.

  Always have a great experience at this fast food location from Gio. He is always very polite and professional, he always makes sure to ask me is my order up to standard before I go! He’s the best! I always know my stuff will be fresh and delicious when I am served by Gio, just wanted to recognize him for his great work.

  Hello, I am writing to make a formal complaint about a recent experience at one of your KFC locations. Your KFC mobile app clearly shows an option for a 10-piece Hot Wings order. However, when I went to the drive-thru and then inside the store, I was told by staff that they could only make a 5-piece and that the 10-piece was not available. I was not given any explanation as to why this item was unavailable in store despite being advertised on the app. I was then told I would have to place the order through the app in front of them, which I did — only to be told again at the counter that they still could not make it. This was frustrating and confusing, as it wasted my time and left me without a clear reason for the refusal. If an item is not available at a specific location, it should not be advertised as available on the app, or staff should be able to clearly explain the issue. I would appreciate this being looked into, as well as clarification on how menu availability is managed between the app
