    Had a sub for breakfast today! the neatest sandwich ive ever been served! Got my food right on time, and Cris, who was handling everything alone, was incredibly fast, efficient, and friendly. Amazing customer service!

    Ready to give 0 star if option is available Absolutely unacceptable experience with the Eagle Ridge Fort McMurray Subway location — and based on what we were told, this applies to all Subway locations in Fort McMurray under the same management. We ordered delivery directly from the Subway app and never received our subs. When we contacted the restaurant, they told us their delivery partner is DoorDash and that we have to deal with them. Why should we deal with DoorDash when we ordered and paid through the Subway application? DoorDash sent a reorder request to Subway, yet we still didn’t receive anything. After spending more than 3 HOURS going back and forth between Subway and DoorDash, we went to the store in person and spoke to the manager. Instead of resolving the issue, she said they were closing and that she will “request” a refund tomorrow after asking her boss. No confirmation, no receipt — just word of mouth. We even went to another Subway location in Fort McMurray and offered to PAY AGAIN in-store just to get food. The same manager told us to order again through the app to get the deal. When we tried placing the order online, it showed Veggie Patties were out of stock — while they were clearly available in front of us in the store. No food received. No immediate resolution. Just excuses and shifting responsibility between Subway and DoorDash. This is not just about a refund anymore. This is about zero accountability, misleading information, and extremely poor customer service. Completely unacceptable at any cost.

    Worst experience! Ordered through subway application. Order never delivered by driver. Doordash and subway put blame on each other. None gave refund. Doordash selected re delivery or reorder whatever they get option. I have reorder number as well. But store did not produce order again and sent driver back saying it was never paid. IF ORDER IS FOR REDO WHY WOULD CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY AGAIN ???????? So basically, subway cancelled the order. We went to subway talked to manager, manager said they will have to talk to their manager and then “might” issue refund. We are still not sure if we ever gonna get refunded or gonna get the order or anything. Manager said we can go to other subway on millennium drive as they (eagle ridge store) gonna close. Instead of giving us better customer service sent us to other store and we have to pay again to get the subway. We did go there but as usual they did not have veggie patties even though the store is open 24x7. After spending 3.5 hours of bounce back between Subway and Doordash we didn’t get anything at all. NO ORDER NO REFUND NOTHING. Worst customer service ever. I don’t want Store or Subway’s apologies for inconvenience. We need compensation for the whole time. We want solution. The worker from store told us that this thing happened before at their store as well many times. This issue needs to be addressed. We ordered through Subway and paid to subway so it’s subway’s responsibility to solve this issue. I don’t care who is your 3rd party delivery partner. This experience has completely discouraged us from ordering through online again.
