When I walked in the store was clean and I was greeted by a lady named Abby with a smile, she asked what I wanted and when I wasn’t sure she suggested a few items to me. I went with one of her suggestions and I was not disappointed! The meat and veggie stations were clean and everything looked so fresh (and tasted fresh as well). You don’t always see that when you go into a fast food restaurant. I also was pleased to witness multiple employees washing their hands before putting on gloves. 10/10 for hygiene! The level of service I received was phenomenal. Service was fast but I also didn’t feel rushed when I wasn’t sure what to order. Really pleasant experience and I will definitely be going back to that location again! Also, try the chocolate chunk cookies…you will not be disappointed!!! They were so fresh and delicious!

As a former subway employee, I notice they always use proper handwashing and glove changing procedures and the unit is always stacked and clean.

Without even speaking to me properly or asking what I needed, she told me, “Go get your bag,” assuming I was a delivery driver. I wasn’t. I was a customer placing an order. This has happened twice, and it made me feel disrespected and unwelcome. Basic customer service is to ask first, not assume and speak rudely. I won’t be returning.
