I would like to give a big shoutout to Raman at Subway. Every time I visit, she is friendly, welcoming, and always provides excellent customer service. She prepares food carefully and exactly the way I request, and she does it with a warm and positive attitude. The restaurant is always clean and well-organized when she is working. It’s great to see someone who genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in her work. Keep up the amazing job, Raman!

added salt when I asked for only pepper didn’t put my sweet onion sauce didn’t understand anything I was saying and flatten the heck out of my sub. added tomatoes when I wasn’t requesting them, my daughter is severely allergic.

I recently went to Subway to pick up a DoorDash order, and I was very disappointed with how I was treated. The staff were extremely disrespectful and didn’t listen when I tried to explain that I was there for a delivery order. Instead of being helpful or polite, they ignored my request and made the experience very frustrating.
They were busy chatting with each other instead of doing their job. If you can’t treat delivery drivers or customers with basic respect, you shouldn’t be working in customer service. Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing.
As a delivery driver, I always try to be respectful and patient, but the attitude I received was unacceptable. Subway should ensure their employees treat DoorDash drivers and customers with basic courtesy and professionalism.

Terrible experience at this Subway. The staff were completely irresponsible — I waited at the pickup window for several minutes and nobody even bothered to ask for my order. They didn’t open the window or acknowledge me at all. Very disappointing service and unprofessional attitude....

Recently visited to subway. Hazel and sukh made my experience wonderful. They both were very friendly. I was greeted with smile and they helped me with issue regarding my online order. Will visit this place again . Such an amazing service. Thank you sukh and hazel.
