Your KFC mobile app clearly shows an option for a 10-piece Hot Wings order. However, when I went to the drive-thru and then inside the store, I was told by staff that they could only make a 5-piece and that the 10-piece was not available. I was not given any explanation as to why this item was unavailable in store despite being advertised on the app. I was then told I would have to place the order through the app in front of them, which I did — only to be told again at the counter that they still could not make it. This was frustrating and confusing, as it wasted my time and left me without a clear reason for the refusal. If an item is not available at a specific location, it should not be advertised as available on the app, or staff should be able to clearly explain the issue. I would appreciate this being looked into, as well as clarification on how menu availability is managed between the app

I personally recommend the Famous Chicken Sandwhich, it's the best chicken sandwhich I've had in fort McMurray and the staff are quick. The food is very hot and fresh. You won't be disappointed, especially if you get the Famous Chicken Sandwhich 😁👍🏼

On my most recent visit, she tossed my change toward me and said “oh well,” instead of handing it politely. I’ve also noticed that she smiles and treats other customers more kindly, which makes me feel singled out and uncomfortable. The food is fine, but the customer service especially from this staff member.
