Yes, no burger, just an order of fries, as I was pulling up to the parking lot. I wanted to give them the decency of not arriving at the moment they close and ordering, so I called a bit ahead. As I parked right in front of the door, she told me that she couldn’t do it as she had tossed the fries out already. Keep in mind, I could see the whole thing happening right in front of my eyes. At 10:01, a minute after hanging up on the phone with me, she gets the basked of fries and toss them out. Not only losing business for Five Guys but also creating a very avoidable waste. It was unreal to watch it happening.

As one of the managers at that location he takes the utmost care and values your feedback. He offered complimentary shakes to make up for over salting the fries for our tastes. He even made a fresh batch and even personally delived them to ensure we were happy. What a great leader and example this chain has with his outstanding management skills. Topped with his care as though he owns it attitude...this place is top notch❣️ Thanks to all the staff too.
