Yes, no burger, just an order of fries, as I was pulling up to the parking lot. I wanted to give them the decency of not arriving at the moment they close and ordering, so I called a bit ahead. As I parked right in front of the door, she told me that she couldn’t do it as she had tossed the fries out already. Keep in mind, I could see the whole thing happening right in front of my eyes. At 10:01, a minute after hanging up on the phone with me, she gets the basked of fries and toss them out. Not only losing business for Five Guys but also creating a very avoidable waste. It was unreal to watch it happening.
