- MMMarissaNov 8, 20251.0This is around the second or third time I've ordered the pretzel sticks and they were given to me stale and completely hard. Either they were cooked a long time ago and just reheated so they didn't have to throw them out but it's gross and irritating. I actually cannot even bite into them. They are that hard. It's getting ridiculous especially with the price of their food nowadays. Please stop reheating older food to try and save money and just serve fresh food or change your prices to reflect the food service that is given. When they first opened up they were great but ever since, it's been bad. Even the ice cream is already melting when handed to me through the window.
