That’s fine, however maybe the employee should sit somewhere they can hear a person knock. My husband knocked for four minutes and managed to hurt his hand trying to get the employee’s attention. Then was treated rude like he wasn’t trying hard enough to get her attention. Do better please

There was a sign on the door saying to knock on the little take out window. I did and got told I can order pickup through the app only. Pretty stupid i have to have an app and make my order when im standing right there. By the time I downloaded the app and made an account, the app said this store is no longer taking orders. Asked the person and they said "ya... to late now... sorry"... awesome. Thanks.

I left the store just after purchase. I would had asked if I were eating inside. The quality of icecream made my tummy sick. They should keep checking the condition all the time
