  Ordered a sandwich online ordered extra lettuce tomatoes cucumbers onions none of these were on my sandwich wrong flavour chips very disappointing usually this is a good place for sandwiches never had this happen before. This used to be the best subway now they are just cheap I will never return.

  I came in this week with my family when we passed through town. The place was very clean and this town probably had the cleanest subway we’ve ever gone to in any other place. Other than that there was a middle aged man that served us with a name tag on his cap that repeatedly rubbed his nose in front of us while serving us with his gloves still on his hand. He didn’t wash his hands at all or changed gloves. That made our experience filled with disgust and there was no understanding of hygiene or cleanliness during the service we received. The place is very clean but please remind this man that this is highly inappropriate and overall disgusting. I don’t think we’ll ever return after witnessing this!!

  Nothing good experience with this store I ordered from them a tons before! And only one time I had issue and they were immediately to fix it! What can I say I could never give up subway food is fresh and just great I plan to order from them many more time’s! Cause one issue doesn’t turn me off from ordering from them plus they people in Edson are very clean and polite and calm I would watch them work and man there clean. Thank you subway if I could give you 10 stars I would. Thank you for showing me as customer you care.
