Original Joe’s is a restaurant that welcomes everyone. We have craveable classics for lunch or dinner, down-to-earth vibes and a friendly team looking to brighten your day! Come to OJ’s Edson, with a small town feel and a big city atmosphere. Our 18+ restaurant is located directly along the Trans-Canada Yellowhead Highway. Try our unique and local craft brews, a wine list with something for everyone and food that is sure to leave your heart and belly full, with some leftovers to-go! Enjoy a round of golf at Edson Golf Club and then join us for a patio beer. There are plenty of hotels and recreational facilities around if you’re visiting from out of town and looking for a fun day! Our TVs always have a game on, so bring your friends along and enjoy some tasty food and drinks. We’ll see you soon!

- KKKing KingzFeb 17, 20261.0I don’t usually write bad reviews, but after my experience at Original Joe’s in Edson, I feel it’s my civic duty to warn the public. I went in for a simple lunch with a work colleague. Nothing wild. Nothing exotic. Just a chicken Caesar wrap. A safe choice, right? A wrap. With chicken. Allegedly. What arrived at my table can only be described as a damp salad that found itself trapped in a tortilla. The “chicken” must’ve been playing hide and seek, because I’m still not convinced it was ever there. I think I spotted a shred. Maybe two. If you blinked, you missed it. It was less “chicken Caesar wrap” and more “lettuce burrito with trust issues.” And the texture? Imagine if someone rinsed a salad under a faucet and said, “Good enough.” Every bite had the structural integrity of a wet napkin. But wait it gets better. About 20 minutes later, my stomach started sending emergency alerts like it had just downloaded a virus. I was sweating like I was on a beach in Cuba with no shade, questioning every life choice that led me to that wrap. I rushed home like I was in an Olympic event called “Survive Lunch,” and barely made it before introducing my face to a bowl for an extended and very aggressive meeting. Numerous rounds. No commercial breaks. I went in for a casual lunch. I left with cardio, regret, and a newfound appreciation for plain toast. Would I recommend this establishment? Only if you enjoy culinary roulette and living on the edge. If you value your afternoon plans or your digestive system you may want to reconsider even touching the door handle. 0/10. My stomach is still in therapy.
