  do not order from this location!!! ordered through uber because they were the only one open late...big mistake. after i ordered the eta was around 25-30 mins. i didnt get my food for 1h 45 mins, asked my driver what happened and he said they took forever to make the food. i ordered nacho fries and they gave me regular fries, my drink wasnt close to full, ordered chicken and i got beef, and dont even get me started on the skimpy amounts of filling. tldr: if you want taco bell DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! in my opinion the on gateway has nice staff and great service!

  Why is there never ice for the drinks?? I ordered a meal with a drink and when she passed it to me through the window I heard the lack of ice. So I told her there's no ice and she replied "Yeah there's no ice", I was like "can I get ice?" and she said "no we don't have ice" . So the next time I ordered I assumed there would be ice because maybe the ice machine was down the first time but again there was no ice and that was months later. So do they just never have ice? Also, food portions are extremely small compared to the 97th Street location on the North side.

  People are not kidding when they say that this is the worst taco bell ever. I placed an order on uber eats at 9:40 pm. I didn’t get my food until 11:45 pm. The staff here clearly do not care at all about timeliness as it took 2 hours to throw together a meal for one person. The food arrived cold and with poor presentation. I don’t understand how they are still open when they operate this way. 0 stars unfortunately isn’t possible. Do not bother with this location ever.

  Waited in the drive through tonight for 25 minutes before I even got to the ordering screen then it took another 20 minutes for me to receive my order. They served me a baja blast that was basically soda water it had zero syrup in it. They also served both of my drinks without a tray after I asked for one because they “had no trays” and with no ice after telling me they “had no ice” at 12:30 during spring break on the night of an oilers game. On top of this the food I opened was soggy and not correct at all. I ordered the potato burritos and they sent massive wraps that had no potato and weren’t right at all. 90% tortilla and no grill on the burrito I had asked for extra grilling on. Will not be back. If a manager is reading this I would like compensation.

  How is this place still open and operating this poorly?! We live in the neighbourhood and would prefer to take our business here for takeout, but every time we try it is abysmal. Tonight we tried the drive through, and got no response even though it’s supposed to be 24 hours. It was before 10 pm, and we saw people inside, so we tried going in. We saw several staff members, and even called into the kitchen area asking if they could take our order, and got no responses. Only when we went to leave - after standing in the “dining room” for 10 or so minutes - did the security person ask us if we were going to order! We said we tried and were just going to leave, and they almost wouldn’t unlock the door to let us out. We ended up ordering from a different location on Skip to get delivery, and it came faster than the amount of time we attempted in person. We may try again in another 6 months, but I am not confident that things will improve.
