  I have ordered cantina chicken and the best taste. The guy in mask helped me to customize my order very well. Best service and communication by the staff. Much appreciated. Will visit again when in city.

  This was my second time trying this place… I ordered steak and cheese Luxe boxes. And received a hot chicken instead. When I called them and explained I did not get what I had ordered I was told that’s what I ordered.. he heard me. He heard me wrong. I don’t think steak and cheese sounds like Diablo chicken…. But they are right and I am wrong and I will never go to this location again! My first time through I ordered 2 tacos and when I got to work, I had one taco.

  Ordered two Crunchwraps and a Chicken Chalupa and was generously blessed with a single hot sauce packet. I appreciate that you think because I’m white I can’t handle the heat, but I’ll happily wipe the sweat from my brow as I choke down your food the way god intended. What a waste getting a Blizzard to reduce the damage when my mouth isn’t even on fire.

  There’s nothing more frustrating than dealing with lazy workers who act like helping customers is some kind of inconvenience. When you go somewhere expecting quick service and basic respect, the last thing you want is attitude, arguments, and wasted time. If you’re working in fast food, especially a place built around speed and convenience, then being slow, careless, and defensive just ruins the entire experience. Customers aren’t asking for anything crazy just decent service, efficiency, and a little professionalism. Arguing with customers instead of fixing the problem only makes things worse. It reflects poorly on the whole team and turns a simple order into a stressful situation. At the end of the day, people just want to get their food and go not deal with unnecessary drama. If you don’t care about the job, it shows. And unfortunately, it’s the customers who end up paying for it with their time. Ridiculous!

  Give the guy who was working here at the register around noon on Apirl 1st a raise. I messed up and ordered the wrong taco, and then these guys made me a brand new one and let me keep the old one too even though it was my fault and were really nice about it too. 10/10 I've had real restaurants that give me worse customer service than this place lol
