- JEJacquie EJun 23, 20191.0Just went today for the Anniversary special. This Swiss Chalet was POORLY preparerd for how busy they were going to be. We came in at 1120am waited 20mins to be seated, then 40mins for the meal that was promised to us in 20mins. We ended up leaving without getting any food and the 10 other tables were also waiting on their orders. One waitress told the table next to us that they ran out of chicken before 1200noon and they opened at 11am and they continued to seat people. I wish I could have gave ZERO star review. Hope this restaurant closes and they put a restaurant that is quicker in service and better prepared.
