Didn’t receive my 4 additional cookies or bag of chips. I attempted to call the restaurant with the number on the receipt and on google (2 different numbers) both times I got sent to voicemail. Additionally the sub was poorly wrapped. The delivery bag said to leave a review on google and that’s what I’ve just done.

The employee did not check the vegetables we selected in our order and was adding all the veggies to both sandwiches without confirming. She also wasn’t listening to us when we were trying to explain what we wanted. It felt like she completely ignored what we were saying. When I politely asked her to add some extra crispy onions, she stared at me as if it was a big problem, which made the experience very uncomfortable. She didn’t have a name badge, so I couldn’t identify her, but she was wearing several bangles on her hands. This was actually the second time we had the same employee serve us, and unfortunately the experience was just as disappointing as the first time. Overall, the service felt very unprofessional, and because of this experience we would not visit this Subway location again.
