  I showed up to this location and the manager was super helpful! I ordered a gluten free sub and they double checked if they needed to change their gloves. So friendly!❤️

  Edit. They sorted everything out for me and they were nice about it. Order 132F95B4-91 I ordered on the app. Came Im to pick up she was really busy which is fine but she gave me the wrong sub. I ordered a cold cut and herb and cheese and I got a turkey breast on white. my Pizza sub was on point tho.

  I’ve ordered delivery from this Subway location many times during late night shifts and on-call hours, and what truly stands out is how carefully they follow delivery instructions every single time. When you’re exhausted from working overnight, small details matter so much (such as extra sauce please) Knowing my order will arrive exactly where it’s supposed to, prepared correctly, and handled with care makes a huge difference. Their consistency and attention to directions show real professionalism and respect for their customers. I usually order the beef barley soup, and this is one of the very few places in Edmonton that offers soup for late-night delivery (a comfort food of mine) For night-shift and on-call workers, having access to something warm, comforting, and reliable is incredibly meaningful (speaking from experience here) Even after an order of mine was stolen (which wasn’t their fault), the team remained kind, supportive, and professional. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. Truly grateful for this location and the people behind it. Thank you for being dependable when it matters most💛

  Just picked up my order 5 mins ago. Ordered through the app, they barely put any chicken on my sub and when I got home and saw it, I called them. All the guy had to say was that someone shredded the chicken very thin so we put the scoop that was supposed to be on there. Now don’t get me wrong, I understand where he is coming from but this is not my first time ordering this sub. I have had this before and it is filled with chicken. What the hell am I paying $9 for a 6-inch for, veggies? He didn’t even offer to make it again, he said it is just how it’s supposed to be. And said he would be paying attention next time. What about this time? What about my money? I will be filing a complaint with corporate. Look at the photo and you tell me if your rotisserie chicken subs are like this. I’m so annoyed!
