We drove about 15 minutes to get there, and while ordering, there were only two online orders and two people behind us in line. I understand that it can get busy, and I’ll admit we can be a bit particular with our food, but that doesn’t justify the way we were treated. The employee, Archana, had a very rude and judgmental attitude from the start. She gave us uncomfortable looks while we were ordering, and at one point even said, “Do you guys really want to do this? As you can see, I am busy right now.” That comment felt completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I’ve worked at Subway before, so I truly understand how stressful rush hours can be. But regardless of how busy it gets, this is not the way to speak to customers. Throughout the entire interaction, she continued to show attitude, which made the experience unpleasant. Customer service should never make people feel unwelcome. Really disappointed.
