  I ordered from this location with Finn she got the order wrong and out put topping on the sub thst I am extremely allergic to i followed procedures that stated online following this incident regarding the store policy contacted the store spoke with Kathy the manager explained the problem first thing in morning she told me I would receive the correct sub and thatshe would hand over my number to staff that was workin which also happen to be Finn i was contacted told to show up and when I showed i was disrespected and lied to several times even after I notified them or the policy regarding food allergies I stated over phone that I had disposed the food before showing up to the store because I cant touch anything handled with the food that in allergic to she said ok I showed up to the store and they gave me nothing but problems for 45 minutes changing story not knowing store policy wasting my time when I clearly stated in phone before showing up thay I was to receive the correct order which sadly did not happen after them lecturing me and lying for over half hour I gave up and just decided to retain their information soo I could contact head office to solve the issue properly upon requesting this information. Kathy was extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked for thier information soo I couldn't notify head office of who I spoke with she rudely refused to tell me her name and had the nerve to call me names because she didn't know policy but little did she know when I spoke with her this morning I had already copied the information into my notes on my phone otherwise I would have never the names of management also there was a male on the phone also. Giving me problems would not give his name when asked for also withholding information I respectfully left the store and no I am filing formal complaint against the management and staff
