- EPErwin Pascual2 days ago1.0My Worst experienced here at SUBWAY kingsway mall. The food was ok but the crew was so rude. His name is ROHAN. We had been told that they were not allowed to do extra veggies on the sub. I did the online order by the way. After he finished doing our footlong sub. I told him to put all the sub in the separate wrapper ( 2 footlongs cut in half) because we were 4 person were going to eat it. ROHAN (crew) said that i didnt put the note regarding that and i told him, the reason i was here is to tell you about it (cause i forgot to mention it, my mistake) but he still insist that i didnt put it on the note and he was so mad about it. I dont know what is the problem doing it in the 1st place. I was so nice when i was asking him and he replied in a RUDE manner. After he gave the food to us, he walk away just like nothing happen. Im a not coming back to this store anymore and its kind a make sense why the review in this store is very low. I wish i can put no star in the rating but google wont let me do it.
