  Most of the time I go, I have a good experience. I try to go when the best worker is there, as she remembers my order and ensures the best customer service in any fast food restaurant i’ve been to. Sheila has always been such a kind soul, making my simple order with love and care, while also providing small talk. However, when she is not the one making my food, I get a bad vibe in the store. It feels demotivating, forced, and a little miserable. The few times I am served by a different person, the food is mid, and I feel judged or like I’m asking for a lot when I communicate my order. Mind you, my order is a foot long meatball marinara with white italian bread, a little extra marinara sauce, and cheddar cheese. I get no toppings or sauces, but when I ask for cheddar cheese instead of white, it’s like I’m asking for them to move the stantec building with a fork. I continue going to this location for my subway cravings, because I count on Sheila being my server. When she’s not there, I know the food and service will be poor.

  Why was there only a single employee working on a Saturday??? The employee was great but management should let 2 people work at once.

  Service girl barely looked at me, lettuce was brown and no fountain pop. There are better Subways out there.

  Sheila and simran where great they made the best subs ever! Thanks again love coming to this location. Would reccomend to friends

  Always a great experience at this Subway! Sheila is always so friendly, and makes my sub exactly the way I want it & never cheaps out on the veggies. Everything tasted fresh, the place was clean. You can tell they care about quality and customer service. Definitely one of the better Subway locations I’ve been to. Highly recommended!
