  Absolutely garbage food and poor hygiene. The supervisor “Reshen” had a rude demeanour. When I asked for a manager to discuss poor hygiene practices and the quality of the food I was refused. When I asked for a refund I was denied. I will never go back to Subway if this is how they are being ran.

  The staff was extremely kind and helpful but this is the third time I feel extremely sick after eating from here. First and second time noticed extreme stomach upset. Today I thought I would try again but feel extremely sick (feels like food poisoning). Will not be coming again.

  Went in for a tuna sandwich. The tuna looked nasty so I had to switch to turkey. She kept touching her headset and then touching the vegetables which I’m sure is a no-no but I let it go. The bread was old and hard as a rock, and the whole sandwich left a bad aftertaste. Very low quality standards at this location. I should’ve just turned around after seeing the tuna.

  Absolutely terrible experience. I placed a mobile order, and it was marked as “picked up” even though I never went to the store. That means someone else took my food and the staff clearly handed it out without verifying anything. I tried calling over and over and no one answers the phone. There is zero accountability and no way to get help. I paid for food I never received, and this location made no effort whatsoever to fix the situation. If you’re thinking of ordering ahead, don’t. Your order can apparently be taken by anyone and you’ll be left with nothing but a charge on your card. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Please avoid this location if you actually want the food you paid for.
