  I come to this Subway location regularly, and the experience is consistently frustrating. Almost every time I visit, there is a very long wait just to get a simple footlong sub. The main reason seems to be that the store is constantly short-staffed. Customers end up standing in line for a long time while only two or three employees try to handle everything. It’s not fair to the workers and it’s definitely not a good experience for customers either. If management knows this location gets busy, they should schedule enough staff to handle the demand. Waiting this long for fast food defeats the whole purpose of coming to a place like Subway. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staffing, because right now the service speed is very disappointing.

  I placed a mobile order using a buy-1-get-1-free footlong coupon. The app would not let me add two of the same sandwich without charging extra, so I ordered one (I wanted the same one anyways), expecting the deal to apply at pickup. I only received one footlong. I asked if they could refund the coupon or give the second sandwich, but the staff refused. My coupon was used and I did not get the offer. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

  Yesterday, between 1:00–1:30 PM, I visited the restaurant with my family and placed a digital pickup order for three footlong subs. After picking up the order, I requested that one six-inch portion be cut in half, which is a reasonable request. I was made to wait 3–5 minutes while a staff member came from the back. When she handled my sandwich, she was not wearing gloves and directly touched my food. I immediately asked her to wear gloves before touching my sandwich. She responded by saying her hands were washed and that it was “okay,” and then began arguing, stating that they usually do not cut sandwiches in half. This behavior is completely unacceptable. Proper food-handling hygiene should never be debated with a customer. Touching ready-to-eat food without gloves raises serious food safety concerns. In addition to this, the food quality was extremely poor. The sub was very cold and hard, making it unpleasant and difficult to eat. This experience fell far below Subway’s expected standards for hygiene, service, and food quality. I am requesting that this issue be reviewed seriously and that appropriate action be taken to ensure staff are properly trained in food safety protocols and customer service.
