  Am food delivery driver am came here to pick up the order and there is no one at front counter i say hello many times no one responds when i saw in the kitchen the girl is using phone . She don’t care about someone’s time . I wait for five minutes then saw my order then pick it up but that girl doesn’t come from that kitchen room she continuously using phone

  They overcharged me on two separate occasions. 2nd time it happened it was a 45 mins ordeal before i got my money back. The 1 employee was the only working there at the time & had to FaceTime her manager on her phone to get instructions for how to use the checkout screen to do the refund. Although she tried many, many, many times to recreate how she originally entered my order on the checkout screen & see where she went wrong, she was never able to see the error of her way using the screen. I could tell after watching just 2 of her attempts, what she was doing wrong even though i’ve never worked as a cashier or front counter employee at a fast food place. For that reason i asked her if she was new & she said no so i think she should have been better at using that screen. And of course during dinner time rush hour they constantly only have one employee working there resulting in lines so long it almost continues to extend to outside past the front door.

  Twice now our pre-ordered subs have been a non issue while customers after our order have been helped before us.

  I visited Subway around 3 PM on Saturday, and Sukhman made the experience amazing. Her warm smile and friendly attitude really stood out. She provided great customer service and prepared the food perfect and exactly how I wanted it. Thank you, Sukhman, for the excellent service!
