  Worst customer service. I went to store the employee her name is SARAH. She didn’t listen to their customer at all. My app was not working on that time. I was not able to load my offer, and I requested her to do it manually, and she said I cannot do it manually.

  Went here today to buy some snacks and couldn’t find one. A worker named Hannah helped me look for it but realized the store didn’t have it. She looked up some others stores and said Freshco had it and when I went it did. She was very nice and polite but when she was helping me a man came up to her and starting speaking in some random language. She said sorry I don’t speak that language and the man glared at her and left. Very strange… when I asked her about it she says it’s normal and it happens all the time. Good service but I don’t shop here all the time.

  I recieved my order today with spoiled apples . I am very disappointed with save on foods grocery experience.

  Usually have good experiences at Save On Foods elsewhere although this one isn’t the best, we bought Pineapple that tasted sour last week and while picking up cheese today I see this… the ENTIRE block was mouldy and all the ones behind it too.

  Every time I come to the store with a stroller with a child, I feel strong discrimination and close attention from the cashier. Once at the self-service checkout I paid for the groceries, then I saw that I had not paid for some sweets, I made a second transaction, I put everything in the stroller basket and obediently walked to the exit to the pedestrian walkway at the end of the parking lot, where a security guard caught up with me and asked if this was my transaction, showing me the receipt only for the sweets and whether I could show the receipt for all the other products. I explained the situation to him that I had paid twice and I warned the cashier nearby that I wanted to buy more sweets. But I threw the receipts in the trash near the store, he looked at me for a long time in disbelief. So why didn't he check the cameras where you can see how I paid for all my purchases. After that, every time I go to the store with a stroller with a child, one salesperson looks at me and counts whether I have paid for all the goods. Today she specially came to the self-service checkout and opened the receipt and checked if I had paid for all the goods, because in my basket in the stroller there were purchases from shoppers that are not sold in this store. Every time she pays close attention to the stroller, I always pay for my purchase and I have never taken anything extra.
