  My husband recently went to this location. The cashier, Winnie, was incredibly rude, snotty and just seemed irritated at my husband and the customer behind him. We have been to this location previously and never experienced this kind of attitude, but will NOT be going here again. The BEST location is Jagare Ridge, this store is always clean, fresh produce and staff eager to help. Winnie, everyone has bad days but there is no excuse to take it out on the public. Do better.

  I have been shopping at this Save-On almost every day for the past 11 years. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this grocery store.

  Older lady with short hair and mask is very rude. My mother was asked "where do you think you're going" while she walked to customer service with sour cabbage in her hand to ask where dumpling wrappers were located. She had no intention of stealing this item and was embarrassed in front of other customers. Poor customer service and accusatory behaviour.

  I COULD GIVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE. RACIAL PROFILING TO ITS BEST. Another review for LINH who shouldn’t be a store manager as he don’t know how to manage himself. March 03, 0447 pm, bought milk which was paid for. When I walked out of the store he followed me and waited inside by the glass door till I left the premises in the car. As soon as I rolled out from the parking lot he took his phone out and took a video of me. Upon noticing the act, I parked my car right away and asked him the reason why he took a video of me and the car, answer is, it’s a free country which is not a great answer, you can’t be taking pictures and videos of people as you please. I asked him to show the phone for my sanity and privacy, instead he preached about privacy. I followed right inside the store and he hid inside the office. Save on Foods, I’ll be calling your store manager and asking for the reason and would like to view the footage of him taking the video for assurance. If it’s not satisfactory or I don’t get a solution I’ll be seeking legal help for defamation and jeopardizing my privacy and taking pictures/video without my consent. Talk to guys tomorrow.
