  We ordered two small pepperoni pizzas. Expecting hot fresh pizza but what we got was two overly cooked pizzas. When they arrived they were not hot. They were barely warm and they were extremely overcooked. When we ordered them we were given the option of normal cook or well done. If what we received was normal cook I would not want to see what well done looks like. We were very disappointed. Not sure if I would order from Papa John's again after this experience.

  The pizza at Papa John's was really good. It was fresh, tasty, and made very well. The service was also excellent from start to finish. Staff were polite and greeted customers nicely. The order came out quickly and correctly. I had a very positive experience overall.

  Unfortunately this is the designated location when I order from the app and is the worst. My last 2 orders were VERY CHEAP QUALITY and a few toppings, and also they didnt follow the specifications. Last time I left a complain directly in the app but I didn't received an answer. I used to love Papa John's but definitely I changed my mind.

  Extremely disappointed with the management at this Papa John’s location. In the third week of January I spoke with the previous manager, Pinky, regarding an order where two medium pizzas were made incorrectly. She apologized and told me I could contact the store anytime to have the replacements made. Today when I called to finally redeem those replacements, I spoke with a new manager named Rishi. The experience was terrible. He immediately told me that the replacements would not be honored and was very dismissive about the situation. I explained that the previous manager had specifically told me I could call anytime, but he kept insisting there was nothing he could do. What made it worse was his attitude. He was extremely rude, unhelpful, and showed zero interest in resolving the issue. At one point he even said that Pinky doesn’t work there anymore and that I should have ordered the replacements when she was still there. How was I supposed to know when a manager was going to leave the company? I also explained that after my bad experience the night before, I didn’t feel comfortable placing another order immediately the next day just to redeem the replacement. Instead of understanding that, he doubled down and refused to help and kept insisting I should have ordered 2 replacement pizzas the next day. This is incredibly poor customer service and terrible management. When a previous manager promises to correct a mistake, the store should stand behind that commitment. Because of this interaction alone, I would not recommend this Papa John’s location. The new manager was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to resolve a simple issue that the store had already acknowledged. Very disappointing experience.
