  Camdon gave us SUCH a great experience. He was super attentive and proactive the entire time like our spoons were never empty for even a second before he had fresh soup ready to go. That was the main reason why we wanted to visit in the first place. Breadsticks? Always on deck. He was also really thoughtful about the little things, overheard us wishing our salad will have more pepperoncini peppers and immediately made sure we got extra without us even having to ask at all. That kind of service just hits different. Honestly, this is how Olive Garden should feel every time. Camdon made the whole meal smooth, fun, and so well taken care of. 10/10 would come back just for this level of service. The food was so good too, the breadsticks however could use a bit more flavour. That's all

  Aiya! What can I say? The place is really nice, the staff was super friendly, courteous, and very efficient. Our waitress in particular was a gem! About the food: wow! Endless soup and salad was our choice. The salad was so fresh and delicious, and the soups were awesome! I had no idea you could try them all in succession if you want! Yum! Considering how Endless the servings are, the price is really good. Can't wait to go again and try something else!

  Giving this a 2 feels a tad generous but it could have been worse. As soon as our party of 3 walked in it looked pretty dingy. Front door window glass was filthy, carpet runner had chunks of chewing gum ground into it and there was lots of dirt on the floor. I would maybe forgive this if it was super busy but there were tons of staff there and there were hardly any tables since it was before 5 pm. So it obviously hadn’t been cleaned before the supper rush. Same dingy/dusty situation at the table with the windows and ledges. Server was nice. Got delicious salad and the bowls were super chilled which was awesome. For mains we got chicken Alfredo, tour of Italy and chicken Parm. All of the pasta was barely above room temperature. The chicken Parm was hot out of the fryer. I suspect they plated everything before frying the chicken and the rest got cold waiting. Barely edible. Informed the server but by the time we talked to him it had been at our table 10 mins and we had eaten enough so told him not to bother heating it up. Washroom was not super clean. You can tell it’s quickly done once a day and no deep cleaning has been done in a while(I will spare you the details). We all left feeling like we don’t need to do that again for a very long time.

  We visited as a group of 10 and unfortunately experienced very slow service. It took approximately an hour and a half for most of the table (8 out of 10) to receive their meals, and the remaining two dishes arrived about 25 minutes later. We were informed this delay was due to a newly implemented system, which we understand can come with challenges. However, the situation was made more frustrating by one of the servers, who came across as dismissive and provided explanations that did not feel very considerate. On a positive note, the manager did step in and offered a discount for the two delayed meals, which we appreciated. That said, the delay affected the entire table. Overall, the food quality was good, but the service experience significantly impacted our visit.

  We went two days ago for a late lunch. We both ate the salad and breadsticks. Only she had a chicken fettuccine Alfredo entree. My daughter became sick to her stomach a few hours after eating there. We chalked it up to a stomach virus going around. Again today after reheating her leftovers and having them she is nauseated and sick to her stomach. Service was super slow. It took over 40 min to receive the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. The restaurant was not full and we over heard our server saying she only had three tables. We do not plan on returning. For the cost of the food we expected better.
