They'll get the GST wrong, add charges for substitutions without telling you, charge you full price for things you asked to be half and half. Then mouth you off when you question it. My burrito to go was handed to me half wrapped and not in a bag, wasn't offered a bag either. This place has gone way way downhill in last 5 years. I suspect it's the staff.
